The staff here are efficient, the location is incredible, check-in is quick, and customer service is great with no extra charges for wake-up service or ironing.

Nothing too much trouble, appreciated our stay. Had 1 night in Pembroke, spent our time here really good. The room was cleaned and available with comfortable beds. A microwave and a fridge were nice.

We had a first floor room at the back of the property. It was convenient for walking our dogs. There is a nice green space at the back of the hotel with a view of the Ottawa River.
The hotel is away from the highway.

The location near Champlain Trail Museum was marvellous and stunning. the hotel is right by a large shopping mall and a restaurant next door. - the river side location is a pleasant change from being by the roadside. - the double room had a bright and exceptionally comfortable bed.

Modern unit on the first level. Delicious and great breakfast to start the day with hog and hard boiled eggs, as for instance. Location near restaurants and other stores, and pembroke for a change.

everything was good and super staff. Kids did like the mini golf.
fact there was no pool for kids to unwind after day of traveling.
